These are my guinea pigs (past and present) cosplaying as One Piece Characters.
I tried to match each guinea pigs personality to the right character. 
They are as follows from left to right:

Gizmo = Luffy
Yinyang = Chopper
 Morkey Boy = Brook
Minnie = Sanji
Gin-Ji = Usopp
Misty = Nami
Jack = Franky
Mindy = Robin
Jessie = Zoro

The ones that were easiest to decide were Yinyang, Gizmo, Minnie and Morkey Boy.
(I just went with my gut with Morkey, Mindy and Jack because they died when I was
a kid so I don't remember them very well >.<)
